Double room in shared flat Hoxton

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my room from December 10 - January 24 (with the possibility of staying longer potentially able to be discussed with the letting agent).

The room is single occupancy and comes equipped with a double bed, lighting fixtures, bedside tables, table and chair (currently being used on the balcony) and a good sized built in wardrobe. There is access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, both have been recently refurbished. There is also direct access from the room to a spacious shared balcony overlooking a garden terrace.

Can supply further photos of shared areas on request. All rooms have their own locks provided on the doors for added privacy and security.

A cleaner comes 1 x a month (included in rent) and cleans all communal spaces. All bills are also included in rent. Furthermore, access to a shared garden terrace, gym and cinema room are included in rent as well as 24/7 concierge and security. The flat is located in Rosewood Building, a high quality residential development situated just 30 seconds walking distance from Hoxton overground station.

I am leaving the flat as I am moving overseas and therefore am also willing to leave furniture (mirror, TV, desk, white storage unit and black bookshelf) for a reasonable fee.
