Room at iQ Will Wyatt Court

I am looking for a student staying in London from January till September since I’ve to move out as I’ll be interning else where. It is a ground floor single-ensuite room in one of the quietest flats in the residence. I know the flatmates and they are the one of the nicest people I know. Room is also well designed and really similar to the photos posted on the IQ Will Wyatt Court Website for a Silver-Ensuite Room. Location is also favourable.
There are lots of cute cafés and restaurants within a 3 minute walk, and a lot more if you are willing to walk for a couple minutes longer. There are also a table tennis table, pool table, dartboard and a foosball table in the common room.
