Looking for someone to move into a fully furnished double room in an all-female 4-bed flat in Hoxton! It's located a 6-minute walk from Hoxton Overground and plenty of other public transport links. There are a number of fun pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of Shoreditch, Dalston, Bethnal Green, and London Fields.

The furnished room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table, clothes rack, a laundry basket, and a bin.

Rent: £966 with all bills included and the tenancy is until 4th September 2025. Must be earning at least £26,000 a year and preferably non-male.
