You will be sharing with me, a 33 year old lawyer. Looking for flatmates that are tidy, considerate and would treat the flat like a home.

Bedroom 1 is the smaller room that super bright and airy with a balcony. Bedroom 2 is the larger room with an ensuite.

We are a 3 minute walk from Hoxton overground and a 15 minute walk from Old Street underground. Shoreditch highstreet with ample bars and restaurants is just around the corner too! Half an hour walk to angel and plenty of gyms really close by.

WIFI is included within the rent. Additional cost for electricity, water, heating and council tax. As the building is very well insulated, very little heating is needed in winter.

Minimum 6 month lease with option to extend.

Bills are paid at £130 a month and deposit is £1692.
