The flat is a third floor walk-up in an amazing neighbourhood, just a short walk away from Shoreditch High Street.

The double bedroom is spacious and has a closet and storage space under the bed. It has two large South-facing windows and comes with two dressors, a bookshelf, night stand, and large mirror.
There is a shared living room space with a pull-out sofa for when friends stay over. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, and washing machine. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and seperate toilet room.
All of the neighbours in the building are really lovely people.

The other tenants in the flat are a couple and they are both artists with full time jobs outside of the home.
In addition to rent, the bills and council tax come out to about £75/month
