Female Student Flat in Hoxton/Shoreditch

Currently looking for someone to replace me during my semester abroad in mid February to mid/late July. This double room is available from 12th of February. Exact dates can be adapted (within reason).

We are a 5 person, all girls flat in Hoxton with a 10 minute walk to Shoreditch, 10 minute walk to Old Street and 20 minute walk to Liverpool Street. We are a friendly and very social group of girls and have had exchange students live with us in the past and would be ideal for students on an exchange semester or a short stint at university in London. If you are looking to make friends, this flat is ideal as we embrace new people and often hang out together like trips to the pubs, pizza nights and cinema trips. We have an established cleaning schedule.

Our flat is well connected with many bus stops within a 5 minute walk, the Windrush line is a 5 minute walk, the Northern line is a 10 minute walk and the local area has a Lidl, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, multiple chemists, a post office, Shoreditch park, Britannia leisure centre, Shoreditch library and local doctors, as well as many bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The flat has all usual neccessities as well as preferred bonuses such as: a washing machine and dryer, a bath, 2 toilets, 2 fridges, usual kitchen appliances including a blender and an air-fryer and a TV license that has already been registered to the property. As this is a student flat, we are legally exempt from council tax.
