SUBLET - Double with En-Suite in Hoxton Penthouse

Im looking for someone to cover the entire period ideally

I am going abroad so I will be subletting my beautiful room and letting you borrow my amazing house mate!

The flat is a top floor penthouse with a large terrace and sweeping views of the sky. I've lived in London for 6 years and have never seen that much sky! We also get incredible sunsets in the living room. The flat comes fully furnished with everything you'll need (we now also have a dining table and a table outdoors - not pictured). In spite of the big windows everywhere, the house is really well isolated and stays nice and toasty in the cold months.
You'll be staying in the bigger bedroom - top right on the floor plan. Its airy and spacious with one wall entirely made out of glass - more sky views! Ill clear out half of my giant wardrobe so you'll have plenty of space for your clothes as well as the colourful drawers in the room. And also there is an en-suite with a large shower and amazing water pressure.
And Karolina is the best housemate ever! We've been friends for a while before we moved in together so I can really vouch for her. She's easy going, funny, and all-round an absolutely incredible person. She works as a graphic designer and knows all the 'certified cool' folk in London's arty scene.

I want to hold viewings on the 3rd - 5th January - after then I'll be away.

All bills are included in the price.

I won't be able to extend the sublet after 27th of February unfortunately.
