Hi girlies! I'm moving out and looking for someone to replace me and join as a flatmate in our cosy flat in Hoxton! The room is in a 3-room flat, located in an unbeatable spot with great transport links and everything you need nearby.

The Room:

Bright room with plenty of storage
King-size bed, two nightstands, desk, and a large wardrobe
Hidden tall cupboard for extra storage (behind the white door)

The Flat:

Separate toilet and bathroom
Plenty of storage (and extra storage room outside the flat)
The flat is well-maintained, with lots of natural light
Sadly no living room/communal space

The Flatmates:

Two girls in their mid/late 20s – one is a master's student, the other works full-time in a professional job
We’re friendly, and respectful, and enjoy a chilled, clean living environment

Rent & Bills:

Rent for the room is £825/month
Bills are usually around £100/month, up to £150 in winter (this includes gas, electricity, Council Tax, water, and internet)

Situated in Hoxton, right next to the Shoreditch Park and about 5 minutes away from the canals
Excellent transport links (short walk to Shoreditch - about 18 minutes, Old Street Station - just under 10 minutes, and Hoxton station - 15 minutes)
2 minutes away from a bus stop (21, 76, 141, N271)
20 minutes walk from Angel
Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and green spaces around - I really love the area and I'm very sad to be leaving
Shops - Aldi 10 mins walk away (by the Old Street station), Co-op about 5 minutes away, Tesco about 5 minutes away and on the way from the station
