1 double room available for sublet from Jan 21st until Feb 25th in a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

I’m away on holiday and our lease is ending so am looking for someone to sublet my room at a discount for a few weeks!

Bright, airy and warm room with a balcony and great storage.

You will be sharing with 2 great gals, Rach and Soph, both 33.

Our apartment is a modern new build with luxe furniture including wine fridge (!) with a concierge, cinema room and gym in the building.

We are a 3 minute walk from Hoxton overground and a 15 minute walk from Old Street underground. Shoreditch highstreet with ample bars and restaurants is just around the corner too!

All bills included in the price and the apartment is super warm.
