Double room for sublet in Hoxton

I am subletting my room in Hoxton from the start of February. Long term let for about 8 months (dates are open for negotiation).

The room is spacious and self-contained, and it can easily fit a sofa, desk, and TV if needed. Everything in the room, including the bed, drawers, and desks, is part of the room.

Three other female housemates share the flat, so I am preferably looking to sublet to a woman.

There is no living room, but there is a living space with a table, and a breakfast bar in the kitchen for eating. The bathroom is also shared.

Rent comes to £947.25 p/m, with bills (G&E, wifi, and council tax) coming to £78.13.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful of people's privacy, as the housemates tend to keep to themselves.

Ideally, I would like for someone to move in on the 1st of February, but earlier or later can be negotiable.

Two references (previous landlord, flatmates) and proof of affordability (employment contract) needed.
