I am looking for a new flatmate to share this 2 bed flat with me as my current flatmate is moving in with thier partner.
A bit about me. I work as a film and photography producer for a charity. I work from home unless I am on a shoot. I am pretty relaxed and want a new flatmate who will feel at home in the apartment, I don’t go in for cleaning rotas and rules but I want a flatmate who is happy to make decisions about how we live together in a collaborative way.
Outside of work I love football (bonus points if you are an Arsenal fan although won’t hold it against you if you’re not). I love going to gigs both comedy and live music and am lucky that this location has plenty of options for going out. I also like taking walks along the canal, going to the local and catching up with friends over dinner which I sometimes host.
The flat is spacious and includes all expected amenities dishwasher /washing machine etc.
The large double bedroom comes with its own en suite shower room (no toilet) with the option for being furnished or unfurnished. The current housemate no longer needs their furniture and would be happy to gift it to the next flatmate.
The flat is in a wonderful location very close to the canal and near to 2 parks. It is located in Hoxton / De Beauvoir Town and is close to many pubs and restaurants and 3 minute walk to the nearest gym. It’s a short walk to Dalston, Angel and Shoreditch.
There are many transport links
Old street station (northern line - zone 1) is a 15 minute walk away. Highbury and Islington is a 20 minute walk away (Victoria line / overground - zone 2). Haggerston station is 12 mins away (overground -zone 2). Plus 141, 21 and 76 bus routes.
Monthly bills come to approximately £170 -(council tax / water / gas / electricity / internet / TV license).
