I'm looking for a flatmate to share my comfortable home in Hoxton. It’s on the third floor of the apartment block with a couple of lifts and an intercom entry and view of London’s skyline from balcony.

I’m gay and have a cat and mostly work from home. I’m a project manager and I’m also training to be a counsellor. I enjoy keeping active, gym etc occasionally play rugby and like spending time with my friends. I’m often out in evenings / weekends.

I vape, but, don't smoke - there is a balcony if you smoke.

Your bedroom is large double room 12ft 2” (3.71m) by 10ft 9” (3.27m) with desk and large mirrored wardrobe with lots of storage space.

We share a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and a bathroom. There is 400meg high speed fibre broadband.

The living room has a 57” TV with sound system, comfy sofa, NowTV, Netflix, Prime etc

Kitchen has all the standard including microwave, fridge freezer, dyson, washer dryer and a dish washer.
