Description
One bedroom with double-sized bed available in our Hoxton flat from 15 November 2025. The flat has a well-designed, open-plan kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, and an enormous garden. We're also lucky enough to have a garden room/co-working space/cosy hangout area.
Current flatmates are a mix of young professionals (from South Africa, New Zealand, Ireland, and the UK) and this is an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We're ideally looking for someone who will be a good fit - we've been lucky enough to become friends while living together, with most of us opting to stay on for another year. While we're all pretty sociable and happy to spend time together, the mix of professions and office schedules mean that the place never feels crowded.
The closest station is Hoxton (Windrush overground line; 6 min walk) though Old Street (Northern line, Bank branch) is a 15 min walk away. The area is well-served with buses (including night buses) and Shoreditch, Dalston, Liverpool Street, Spitalfields, and London Fields are all within walking distance.
The potential tenant would be added to the existing tenancy (ending 31 March 2026) with a strong possibility of renewal. Our landlord is efficient, easy to deal with, and organised. You must be able to pass referencing checks (including proof of right to rent in the UK, references from previous landlords, and documentation showing that you meet the affordability criteria for the flat).
The entrance to the flat is through a security door (one step) and the flat itself is spread over two levels - the available room and associated bathroom is on the first floor.
We appreciate that finding a place in London is a stressful experience, and will try our best to get back to as many messages as possible. That being said, we will be prioritising messages that get back to us with a short bio describing themselves and what they do (as well as confirming that they will meet the referencing criteria). There is potential to be flexible with viewings if you seem like you may be a good fit - let us know when suits!
