2 month sublet in friendly flat

Hello! ☺️ looking to sublet my room in Hoxton from 26th April-20th June whilst I go travelling (can be flexible on dates by a few days).

📍 the location of the flat is incredible! We are 3 mins from Hoxton station, 15 mins from old street station, 5 mins from Columbia road and 15 mins from Broadway market. Dalston, Angel and Islington are all walkable too. I spend no money on TFL as I am able to walk everywhere, which is a life saver.

🏠 it’s 4 bedrooms set across two floors. There’s one bathroom with a shower and toilet and a second separate toilet. One of the rooms has an en-suite so these two facilities are only shared between 3 people.

👯 the flatmates are all super super lovely and we are all very friendly and get on well, so we need someone on the same vibe. Sharing with 2 girls and one guy, all between 25-28. We often hang out together in the living room, go to the pub ocasionally etc, but also have our own things going on.

💰 the room is £1050 pcm without bills. Bills come to around £100 (everything included- council tax, water, energy, wifi)
