Furnished room, in a little oasis close to the city! The room has a double bed, desk and bed side table- the leaving tenant also has a wardrobe that she’s happy to sell on.

The flat:
Lovely, clean and cosy 3 bedroom duplex flat is modern with a big garden. It has a shared living room with a large tv. Upstairs bathroom with a nice shower.

The flatmates: currently myself and another British female. We both work professionally and don’t work from home. The vibe in the house is very chilled out as a place to come back home and relax after a long day. We respect each others space. We’re looking for someone who ideally doesn’t work from home (but a couple of days a week is fine), clean and respects the household. It’s not a party house, but we occasionally have friends round to enjoy the garden and have a nice lunch. We’ve got an incredible, big garden that is south facing so in the sun most of the time.

The Location: Situated in vibrant Hoxton, 5 minutes from the overground station and a short walk into Shoreditch.
