You will be sharing with India (early 30's) and Andrew (early 40's) who are easy going, sociable and friendly.

The apartment has a HUGE backyard (great for summer), comfortable living room with lots of plant babies

Double Room - £843

We each contribute another £160 approx. a month for bills, Council tax, TV license, water, gas, electric and some for miscellaneous cleaning stuff.

Flat is fully furnished but the bedroom will be non furnished. However, we can talk about the furniture in the room including the bed.

We'll be doing viewings on Tuesday 20th in the evening.
