Gorgeous Two-Bed Flat for July

Hey all! We are going abroad July 7th to August 7th, so our flat is available to rent for those 4 weeks and 3 days.

It's a stunning two-level flat, open kitchen and living area, two double bedrooms (comfy beds!), a full bathroom, and a downstairs toilet. Plus, a generous balcony, with plenty of plants (you'll need to occasionally water them!) Also, we feed a stray cat (Sisi) on the balcony-- she stays outside, though!

There's a washing machine, dishwasher, fast broadband.

The flat is on the second floor of a two-floor estate, with friendly and quiet neighbours. This is a beautiful, peaceful area (the balcony overlooks a quiet square), there are parks around and the canal, perfect for walks. It's also very central: 5 min walk from Hoxton overground, 10 min walk from Old Street underground station. There are buses to all locations.

Hoxton Street has amazing groceries and other shops, while Kingsland Road nearby has tons of restaurants, some really great Vietnamese ones.

We do ask people to be respectful of our flat (it is our home, after all), and our neighbours. Smoking in the balcony is fine.

Ideally we'd like 2 people (a couple, or friends sharing) for the whole period but will consider up to 4 as well. We'd also prefer to rent it as a whole flat rather than individual rooms.

£2400 for the 4 weeks (you get the extra 3 days free). Bills included.
