Massive room in furnished queer flat in Zone 1!

Hi! We are looking for a kind, sociable and clean flatmate to move into our queer flat in Hoxton 🏡🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

⏰ When: We are looking for someone to move in mid August.

📍Location: Amazing location in Zone 1 just a short walk to Hoxton overground (5 mins) and Old Street tube station (14 mins). Big Lidl 2 mins away. 5 min walk to Shoreditch Park. Iconic spots like Dalston, Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Columbia Road just short walks away.

🛏️The flat: You’ll be in a very big double room in a 3 bed flat. It has a built in wardrobe not visible in the pics. We have a large living room, a newly fitted bathroom and newly fitted separate toilet. The kitchen comes with coffee machine and gas hob. Bills and wifi sadly not included, council tax: Band C.

👯 About us: We are two queer people in our late twenties. We like nights in watching tv and cooking with one another, as well as the occasional big night out (some faves are Moth club or Bethnal Green working men’s club) 🪩 We’ve lived together for two years and have become good friends in that time, and it would be great to find someone just as sociable who also respects personal space and time alone. We are veggie friendly but we do eat meat and fish and store animal products in the fridge.
