Hi! Looking for someone to take over my furnished double room in a tidy and friendly 2 bed, 1 bath flat share with a separate, spacious living room/kitchen - available from August 1st with the current lease going until Dec 1st w/option to renew!!

The room is sunny and cozy with space for wardrobe, closet, bookshelf, and desk.

Kitchen is well equipped and great to cook or bake in, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer.. There is also a sofa and good sized TV in the living room. Good storage space all through the flat.

The Hoxton overground is right behind the flat and there is a bus stop right outside the front door which gets you to Liverpool Street in 15 mins. Nearest tube station is Old Street, about 15 mins walk away. Plenty of great cafes, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, grocery stores, a PureGym, and the public library all within 5-10 minute walk. Columbia Road Flower Market and the nearest Curzon are both 7ish mins away and the Regents Canal is an easy 15 min walk! It's a great flat in a perfect area -- I couldn't have been happier in my time living here.

You'll be sharing with my wonderful flatmate who is truly the dream person to live with. It's a very chill\, friendly flat. Looking for someone to move in who's friendly, willing to grab a coffee or hang out occasionally, but also happy to do their own thing as well! Someone responsible and willing to maintain cleanliness around the flat is also a must :)

Bills are not included and ends up being about 120-150 a month.
