Double Bedroom in a Sunny Hoxton Newbuild

Hi!! I'm moving out of my Hoxton flat this September and I'm looking for someone to take over my room starting October (although it can be a little earlier if needed!). The flat is a furnished three-bed, top floor apartment (with a lift) with a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and a big balcony with views of skyscrapers in Liverpool Street. The building is a gated new-build with a lift and is wheelchair-accessible. The flat is amazingly positioned -the high street (Kingsland Rd) is two minutes away. full of restaurants and nice little cafes, and it turns into Shoreditch High Street with all its fun and amenities. The fashionable Redchurch Street is about 15 mins away, Brick Lane 20. On the weekend, I usually go for a walk to Columbia Flower Market, which is about 15 mins away, and then to London Fields park to either swim in the lido or just visit the animals at the city farm or pick some bits. At the same time, the house is tucked away so that it's quiet despite the proximity to Shoreditch.

The Hoxton overground is a 5 minute walk away. You can also go to the Old Street tube station, which is about 17 minutes away. There is also a Santander bike station directly by our building.

You'll be living with Kornel and Bogdan, two boys aged 28, both with corporate jobs in the city and quite busy schedules, so out of the house often. As a girl, I really enjoyed living with them - they are pristinely clean and respectful, both have partners, and you'll have a lot of privacy. They are always open to planning a weekend lunch or a drink together. It's not a party house, and everyone's got their own lives, but the boys are very friendly and social, so you are bound to become friends - hard not to!

The contract renews in August - we have renewed it for three years in a row, and there have been no issues with the landlord whatsoever.
