I’m renting out my 1 bed flat in Hoxton. Great quality kitchen/bathroom with high quality appliances. The flat is in an Edwardian block of flats with great character and a private courtyard with secure bike storage. Pedestrian/ cycle routes surround the building so it’s very quiet and safe.

Amazing location off Hoxton street/ pitfield street with loads of shops/bars/restaurants. Regents canal is 5 minutes up the road. 10 min walk from Hoxton overground and Old Street station (Northern line).

I’m looking for someone long term (at least a year) who would it make it their home. I’ve lived here for 5 years and want someone to enjoy it as much as I have.
