Hey! I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in my flat near Old Street and Shoreditch Park from the 22nd of November. Long term only, contract would be 12 months!

About Me: I’m Pablo (24) – Originally from the Canary Islands, working in the creative industry. I enjoy cooking, going to gigs, and keeping things sociable but relaxed at home.

Lift access, secure bike storage
3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 ensuite)
Shared open-plan kitchen/living room
Large wrap-around balcony
Washing machine, Dryer and Dishwasher
Small Room:
Small double
Furnished with bed, wardrobe, and desk
You’d be sharing a bathroom with me!

Double bed, own bathroom with shower. Direct access to balcony. Very large room! Comes with big wardrobe, bed.

Gas & Electricity: £30–£45/month (depending on usage)

Who I’m Looking For:
Housemates in their mid-20s to 30s who work full-time in the office or hybrid with one day from home. Sociable and easy-going people who enjoy hanging out, chatting, or doing things together. No pressure to be best friends, but I’m looking to create a friendly, respectful, and tidy environment.
