Hey! I’m looking for two new housemates to join me in my flat near Old Street and Shoreditch Park from the 22nd of ❗️November❗️. Long term only, contract would be 12 months!

I’ve been living here for a year and a half and really love it — now I’m looking for some cool people to join me! 🕺🏻

About Me: I’m Pablo (24) – Originally from the Canary Islands, working in the creative industry. I enjoy cooking, going to gigs, and keeping things sociable but relaxed at home.

About the Flat:
Modern top-floor flat in a new build
Lift access, secure bike storage
3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 ensuite)
Shared open-plan kitchen/living room
Large wrap-around balcony
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me

The Room:
Small double
Furnished with bed, wardrobe, and desk
Bills:
Council Tax: £80/month
Internet: £14.25/month
Gas & Electricity: £30–£45/month (depending on usage)
Water: £20 a month
Approx. £130–£150/month in total

Who I’m Looking For:
Housemates in their mid-20s to 30s who work full-time in the office or hybrid with one day from home. Sociable and easy-going people who enjoy hanging out, chatting, or doing things together. No pressure to be best friends, but I’m looking to create a friendly, respectful, and tidy environment.
