Haggerston Station is 5 mins away, and you’ve got buses 149, 242, and 243 just around the corner. It’s an easy 25-minute ride to Soho on the Lizzie Line and perfect for Heathrow, City and Stansted Airport escapes.

🛏️ The room:
Furnished with bed, drawers, desk, and bonus extras (curtains, plants, decor) if you want them. The WFH setup includes a double screen that also works as a TV. Great natural light, peaceful green views, and very quiet. Small but cleverly laid out.

Big shared areas full of light, plants, and a warm, homey feel.

Well-equipped kitchen (air fryer lovers, rejoice)

Spacious bathroom with a bathtub and filtered shower

Huge private garden – an actual summer dream

👯‍♂️ The flatmate:
You’ll share with a professional male in his 40s who works from home but travels often. Super clean, social (amazing at BBQs and home made pizza), but also respects your space.

💫 The vibe:
Think of yourself as chilled, easygoing, and respectful. We’re hoping for someone who’s independent, working or studying, and doesn’t bring drama. Just the usual grown-up stuff—clean after you cook, keep the bathroom nice, and go with the flow.

🧭 The area:
Moments from the Regent’s Canal, Shoreditch Park, and the amazing Better Britannia gym with a pool. Loads of great Vietnamese spots, cafés, Tesco, Coop, Sainsbury’s – and close enough to Shoreditch nightlife if that’s your thing.
