Spacious double bedroom in Hoxton

Heyo! We’re looking for someone to fill a bright, spacious, fully furnished double room in our lovely 3 bedroom Hoxton flat.

The flat:
* large living room with sofa & dining area
* fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven
* Modern bathroom + separate downstairs toilet

Location:
Located in a quiet, residential area with great transport links:
* 10 mins walk to Old Street Station and Hoxton Station
* Walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, gyms, and parks

About us:
Tom (27): I’m an Australian guy working full time for a charity in internal communications. Big fan of live music, travelling, hiking/camping, running, tennis and whatever else has peaked my interest for the month.

Oliver (26): Australian guy working full time as a teacher. Usually pretty busy during the week doing jiu jitsu and being active. Fan of sports and going out for a few drinks on the weekend.

We both like having a social house culture and are always down for a chat/grabbing a drink on the weekend but also respectful of people’s space and like time to ourself if it’s been a big day. We’re both clean and tidy but won’t kick up a stink if someone’s clothes are left out to dry an extra day.

About you: looking for a similarly aged (24-32) professional who has similar social and cleanliness values.

Our landlord is super cruisy and happy to do 6 or 12 month contracts with the option to leave any time with a month’s notice.
