The double bedroom is furnished, and the adjacent room includes an additional sofa bed for guests. Both rooms are offered as a single package at £1,150 per month.

The flat has four bedrooms, three on the first floor and a ground-floor bedroom conversion. The ground floor has a kitchen/dining room, a separate WC with a faucet, and a utility room. The upstairs shower room has a WC and a faucet.

This is a home where we meditate and respect our space and each other. Ben is an electrical power systems engineer for a consultancy in East London. His main interests outside of work are Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Mel is a technician at Moorfields Eye Hospital, and her interests include Yoga and going to the gym. Simon is a Creative Writer with interests in Reading, Yoga & Reiki.

Bills are additional and include council tax, gas, electricity, water, and high-speed fibre optic broadband. Each tenant pays 25% of the total, which is currently £144.00 per month.

Hoxton Street (one block away) has a weekly Saturday market, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. The Britannia Leisure Centre (0.4 miles) is adjacent to Shoreditch Park. Moorfields Eye Hospital (0.9 miles) is less than a twenty-minute walk. The City is just over a mile away.
