Hello! This second bedroom a 2-bedroom flat will be available to rent at the end of January 2026. I am an American expat leaving the UK at this time so looking for a replacement.

The room is furnished with a double-sized bed and closet and bedside table, with its own bathroom across the hall (each bedroom as its own bathroom).

The flat is beautiful and modern in Hoxton, literally across the street from Columbia Road Flower Market and a 10 minute walk from Hoxton Station. There are 3-4 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk as well and 10 minutes from Haggerston Park.

The rest of the flat is furnished with couch, table/chairs, TV stand. Has washer/dryer in hall closet and there is a balcony and South-facing living room windows (it's never too hot or cold which is perfect for the heat waves in the summer but still get enough light throughout the day - great for remote/work-from-home situations).

The existing flatmate is a female professional in her 30s (also an American expat) working in engineering and in the office often but very clean and quiet when she is home.

Rent is £1575
Bills (electricity, water, council tax, wifi) is about £200/each per month

The property management is incredibly helpful and communicative (once helped me when I dropped my keys down the elevator!).
