Hoxton flatshare!!!

hi!! we are two girls in a cute flat near Old Street station,, we have a little garden and a shared kitchen and bathroom and a really cosy sitting room, the vibes are good, relaxed and welcoming (I'm fairly new here too, ur not alone), we love a good chat and a giggle, its in such a nice spot near the Hoxton market and close to the canal, plus loads of adorable cafes, pubs and delis and, most importantly, a lidl! i'm peony and I'm currently a student, and my wonderful flatmate is working full time so no preference as to ur occupation there!! the room in question is a single room equipped with bed, drawers, shelves and fold out desk! if this place sounds or feels right to you let me know!!
