I will sadly be giving up my spot in this lovely 3 bed apartment. Whoever you are, you'll be in a prime spot with great company.

The Flat/Room:
This is a top floor, duplex apartment in a modern warehouse conversion. The bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate and has two showers and a bath. There is a spacious open plan living area with the bedroom located above on the second floor.

The Vibe/Flatmates:
The vibe of the house is very much a relaxed and clean space - a sanctuary from the buzz outside of London life. We are looking for someone keen to maintain this environment. Current flatmates are 2 busy professionals - 1 female (Belgian) and 1 male (Australian). Stellar company, easy to deal with on house matters and often globe trotting for work or pleasure.

Location: Whilst very central (20 mins walk to the City of London, 15 mins to Old Street Station), we are nestled in a quiet an leafy neighbourhood on the boundaries of Angel and de Beauvior (great for pubs, good coffee shops, cute restaurants). Regents Canal and Shoreditch Park are also on the doorstep and we are a short walk from the buzzy Dalston streets too.

Bills:
Bills include all the usuals plus a fortnightly cleaner and come in at around £140 pp per month
