Double - Hoxton Sublet - Dates flexible from now

Hi! I’m subletting my double bedroom in our lovely flatshare, available while I’m away travelling. The start date is flexible (available immediately or in the next few days), and the length of stay can be discussed too (ideally 1 to 3 months).

This is a 2-storey flat with 4 rooms total. You’ll be living with 3 friendly young professionals (mid–late 20s), all easy-going and respectful. We share a common kitchen and living room, and there’s a garden that brings in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and everything you need to cook plus a washing machine and dryer. The flat has 2 bathrooms (one small, one with a bath).

The room is on the first floor, and it is quite small but the location makes up for it. I've been living here for a whole year and love the area. It's only a 13 minutes walk to Shoreditch and Brick Lane, a 5 minutes walk to Hoxton Station, with Haggerston Park just around the corner. You’ll also find Sainsbury’s (5 mins), Lidl (15 mins), plenty of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and takeaways nearby. If you cycle, you can reach central London in minutes (St Paul’s is about 15 minutes by bike) and there are also buses that can get you into the city in under 30 minutes.

Rent: £640 per month, including all bills and fast WiFi (the price will be adjusted depending on the length of stay).
