I currently hold a tenancy contract until 5 September 2026. However, as I plan to move in with my aunt from January, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy before the contract ends.

The building provides excellent facilities such as a private gym, cinema, and flexible study areas. Furthermore there are also a social spaces including a courtyard and roof terrace offer a variety of places to relax.

The location is highly convenient, being close to Old Street, several supermarkets, and Asian grocery shops. The reception staff are always kind and helpful, security is excellent, and free Wi-Fi is included!
