Sublet 1 Week: October 26-November 2Nd

Hellooo!! I’m Hazel, I live with a lovely baker Paul in Haggerston one minute from Hoxton station and Colombia road flower market. The canal is about 8 minute walk away and the area is the best!

About the flat: £270 for the week, the room is small but the cozy - I’ll clear off the clothing rack and a few crates for you to keep your things in. All bedding/sheets are provided just ask that you strip it and put in wash when done! Bathroom is big and there’s a cupboard and drawer for you there as well. Kitchen is very spacious - even when we are cooking at the same time it’s not crowded. I will show you the cupboards etc. during a viewing so you know which stuff to use. Big back garden we haven’t really done much with yet but you’re welcome to sit out and have a cup of tea etc. Living space is also quite large, flatmate Paul tends to hangout there in the evenings doing art. We are a very creative household but very respectful and quiet.

About the flatmate: Paul is the nicest flatmate! He works at a bakery full time and photographs musicians part time as well. He’s very respectful and we really want the person who stays for the week to be courteous and respectful back. He works weekends so it’s important that you’re someone who’s looking for a peaceful, caring space and not a party house.

Ideal for someone looking to explore London for a week or someone between flats who works full time. WFH would be fine as well there’s a small coffee table in living room and a desk that would work well. WiFi included. This price is transparent- £270 is exactly 1 week of our rent inclusive of bills etc.
