Hi! We have a lovely double room available in our friendly all girls flat 🩷

- Move in date 12th November
- 1 min walk to Hoxton station
- 10 min to Liverpool Street
- 2 floor maisonette with big south-facing windows in living room & Juliette balcony
- Open kitchen/dining area and living room with two bathrooms 🛁 (one with shower/bath and one toilet only)
- Semi-furnished, comes with a double bed. Room measurements (12'3 x 8'4)

We are looking for someone to add to our lovely home, who is social but also considerate like us. The shared living area is enjoyed by all the flatmates as a chilled social area 👯‍♀️ Two of us work in the city 9-5 in the office everyday with very rare wfh days, and one is a model so we are all often out and busy, going for drinks, dinners, seeing friends etc ✨🫶🏼
