Decent Sized Single in Great Location

Hello,

We have a reasonably sized single room that is becoming available to rent in a few weeks. You will be sharing the house with three males working in tech, sound design, VFX, and research. We live separate lives but get on well in the house, and there is a friendly and calm atmosphere which we would love to maintain with someone equally busy but up for occasional chats and food/drinks in the local area.

Although there is no living room, there is a good-sized front porch which is nicely sheltered from all weather and provides a social space. There is also a large garden that is accessible through one of the bedrooms.

The area is amazing, walkable to Old Street, Hoxton Market & Overground, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, The City, Kingsland Road, Broadway Market, Regents Canal, Angel etc etc.
