Hey! We’ve got a bright double room going in our lovely townhouse in Hoxton, just a 2-minute walk from Regent’s Canal — perfect for walks, runs, or grabbing a coffee by the water. The room comes furnished as seen in the pictures.

The room & house:
- Room’s on the 2nd floor, nice and bright.
- Big shared kitchen and living room – loads of space to cook, hang out or chill.
- South-facing patio off the kitchen (great for sunny breakfasts).
- Rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor with fab views over East London
- You’ll be living with 3 guys, all working professionals in our 30s.
- There’s also Fuji, our friendly Whippet – he’s super chill and loves a nap in the sun. 🐶

Transportation:
🚉 8 mins to Hoxton or Haggerston Overground
🚶 15 mins to Old Street
🚌 10 minutes by bus to Liverpool Street

Bills:
Rent is £965pcm
On top of that, there are some additional pro-rated bills (water, electricity, cleaner, council tax, etc.), which we split fairly between everyone.

We’re looking for another working professional (30+) who’s easy-going, tidy, and up for the occasional chat or drink.
