Beautiful 3-floor house 5mins to Old Street Stn

We're looking for a housemate in nice and spacious house in Hoxton! 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a beautiful living room on the whole middle floor. We're 1 couple and 1 girl working in art & finance, and looking for a new housemate who is tidy and friendly, hopefully a young professional. The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk (you can remove if you want - we have a massive garage!) We are thinking of assigning one bathroom on the bedrooms floor to the new housemate for private use. We have a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, and a lovely garden as well.
