I’m sub-letting my bright, cosy double room in Hoxton while I’m away from 20 December until early February. Ideally I’m looking for someone for the full month of January but the dates can be slightly flexible.

You’d be sharing with a lovely Spanish/English couple in their early 30s, both professionals, super easygoing, tidy, respectful and often away or working long hours. It’s a calm, friendly home.

💸 Rent: £1,300/month (open to discussing for shorter stays)

📅 Availability: 20 Dec - early Feb (flexible a few days)
