I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out.

The flat is ideally located between Kingsland Road and Hackney Road, on a quiet residential street, while still being right in the middle of Hoxton / Shoreditch.

I have a busy social life and travel frequently, so I’m often out, but I also enjoy the occasional chat or meal with a flatmate. I’m easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and value a calm, clean home.
