Bright double bedroom in Hoxton

Hi,
We are currently looking for a new lovely flatmate to join our apartment in Hoxton, 1 min away from Shoreditch Park. The room will be available at the end of December.

The Apartment
This is a well-equipped, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms apartment, with a very nice living room/kitchen area. There you will find the usual appliances and a very handy dishwasher. Connected to the living room there is also a balcony where sometimes we try to grow some plants.
Most of the apartment is south facing and that means that is generally quite bright!

The Bedroom
Your room will be a nice and bright double room and will have just a double bed with some storage below. Plenty of room for you to add some furniture and decorate.
The rent will be £884 and the bills are around £80.
Before moving in, you'll need to pass some relatively light reference checks done, after which you will join our tenancy agreement.
The Flatmates
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 Spanish girls, both professionals (one is a teacher and the other works in a bank) in late twenties. We have become friends living together, we are very easy going, independent, love to spend time together chilling in the living room but also have our space and respect it. We are looking for a like-minded person to join our group.
It’s generally a calm place to live. We try to keep it clean and tidy, and we hope you could help us with that.
