We are aiming for a move date of 20th January.

You will be sharing with Luke (late 20's) & Andrew (early 40's) who are easy going, sociable & friendly.

The flat is over two floors & is spacious & bright. It has an east facing front yard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, & a huge west facing backyard, perfect for summer BBQs.

The landlord has also recently installed a new washing machine, plus a new boiler & new radiators in every room.

The room comes unfurnished but we can negotiate for furniture in the room including the bed.

We’re looking to hold viewings on Friday 12-Dec & Saturday 13-Dec. If necessary we will do additional viewings on Monday 15-Dec & Tuesday 16-Dec. This will be a chance to look around the flat & chat with Andrew & Luke.
