Cosy double room in the heart of Shoreditch

We are looking for someone to take over my flatmate's lovely double room in a great flatshare on the border of Hoxton/Shoreditch, available from January 2026.

The room is bright and cosy with great natural light and comes furnished with:

• Double bed & mattress
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Desk (great for working from home)

The flat has a spacious living room and shared kitchen/bathroom with two flatmates (myself and my boyfriend). We're friendly, sociable, and easy going (enjoy fitness, travelling and tennis). He works mostly from home and I'm finishing my masters degree in Public Health.

The location is excellent - Hoxton Overground is a short walk away (5mins) , Old Street Underground is nearby (10mins), and the area has great cafés, gyms, bars and markets.
