2 month sublet - Cheap Double Room in Hoxton Flat

I’m subletting my room for 2 months for calendar months of Jan and Feb, with move in/out slightly flexible either side of these months (~30th December to 7th March preferred).

Double room in 4x person flat, especially ideal for someone moving to London and needing time to try to secure longer term accommodation. Room is ~3.3*3m and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk etc.

Located in Hoxton (Zone 1!), this flat is in a safe but vibrant area of East London which is REALLY convenient for Central London. Liverpool Street is 10 mins by bike, Hoxton Overground is nearby, and a Lidl is just around the corner. £740 p/m with bills excluded (no more than 80 per month) - that’s a very good price for this area!!

Viewings will only be this week (w/c 15th) and move in between Xmas and New Year.
