Large double room in Hoxton available from 2 Feb

I am moving out of my room in a three bed flat in the centre of Hoxton. The room is large, and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, two chests of drawers and a mirror. Happy to discuss if you want to bring your own furniture. There’s no wardrobe - I’ve been using a rail.

The flat is a 9 minute walk from Old Street and 5 minutes from Hoxton Overground station. It’s an amazing location that gives you access to the Northern Line so it’s super quick into central, as well as easy walks into Dalston / Islington / Hackney.

The current two tenants are welcoming and kind young professionals. They are looking for someone friendly and tidy. There’s no pressure to socialise but they would like someone up for a chat and they can get along with or even grab a pint at the local together.

There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, a living room with a dining table, sofa, tv and coffee table, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, toaster and kettle.
