Lovely shared space and kitchen, central location near Old St Station and Angel tube station, right near regents canal, walking distance to debeauvoir village and other nice spots in Hackney.
Living with Nina and Mat (Maria) - we have both lived in the flat for over a year.
Nina: works with a wine company in City of London (often keen to share wine from work), enjoys cooking and hosting the odd dinner party, running, reading, exploring galleries etc in London.
Mat: works as an exterior architect, enjoys salsa, karate, reading, art.
We are social in the evenings/mornings and have the occasional dinner together, but we’re pretty independent. We’re looking for another housemate who is social but also happy to do their own thing. We both mostly work in the office.
This room is quite small so not suitable for someone who needs to work from home. Move in Feb 1st
