The house will be freshly repainted soon, giving it a clean, refreshed feel.

• 5-minute walk to Columbia Road Flower Market
• 10-minute walk to Broadway Market
• Close to cafés, pubs, and transport links
Bills:
Bills (including council tax) are around £110 per month, and are usually lower in summer when heating isn’t used as much.
Housemates:
You’ll be living with Veneza & Robin, both working professionals. They’re friendly, kind, respectful of space, enjoy cooking, and spending time together.
Tenancy Details:
I’m looking to move out on the 9th of March, so I would need someone to take over the contract by then.
The contract runs until 09/12/26.
The landlord is great and keeps rent increases reasonable, preferring tenants who look after the house.
The agency is Dexters, who have been very reliable. You’ll go through standard referencing and be added to the contract. If you’d like to discuss alternative arrangements, feel free to message me — I’m open.
