New Flatmate Needed

Very sad to be leaving my gorgeous flatmates after a year of love, laughter and too many hungover Tortillas. If not for my love of the mountains and fresh pow best believe I’d still be here until they all moved back home.

If you’re fortunate enough to live with these girlies, you’ll be living with a very fun mix of an Aussie, a Kiwi and a Brit (I’m sure there’s a joke in there somewhere). They’re looking for another girl to make this flat their home, as we all met on here and have become like a little family. As you can probably tell, we’re a social bunch and they’d prefer to not live with someone who is more like a stranger. All the girls have their own lives and friends but enjoy doing things together like going pubs and clubs, attending Arsenal women’s games, and having house dinners. That being said this isn’t a 24/7 party house and they’d love someone who can join in mid week peace and wholesomeness. The girls are LGBT+ friendly and are keen to live with another full time professional who is 26+.

In terms of flat and room, we’ve created a cute little space for us to live in. But an added bonus would be if you have any furniture/plants/utensils coming in with you. The room itself is fairly big and the flat has a massive living space with TWO toilets! The location of the flat is perfect - transport wise you’re 3 mins from Hoxton station and then about 17 mins from Old street with plenty of buses taking you to Liverpool Street, London Bridge and most other main stations. You’re always very handily less than 5 mins walk from Columbia Road and also can get to Hackney City Farm, Broadway Market and London Fields within 15 mins.

As I said I’m very sad to be leaving but would love for the girls to find someone who they can be pals with. We’re doing viewings next week as keen to get all the admin sorted as soon as so pop us a message and we’ll let you know if we’re keen to organise a visit.
