Short-Term Sublet for Double Room in Hoxton

I am looking to sublet the second double bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment opposite Hoxton station. The apartment is located in the Rosewood Building which is a modern new build with a gym and 24/7 concierge. The flat itself is very modern, clean, tidy and well-kept. You would be renting a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and access to your own large bathroom with a bath.

I will be terminating the lease in May so the room is initially available for a 3-4 month period, however if you wanted to stay on with another flatmate there would be the possibility to renew the lease.

I am a 32 year old working professional who is in the office 4 days per week and works from home 1 day per week. I am very clean and tidy and respectful. I am generally out and about on the weekends seeing friends but during the week keep things fairly quiet and am generally at the gym or cooking at home.
