We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat in Hoxton, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street station. The available room is a very large furnished double, ideal if you want plenty of space while still living in a friendly household.

The room has its own private toilet and sink, along with a large desk and chair, and enough space to comfortably fit a small sofa or seating area. The shower is shared with one other flatmate.

The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift) and has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a private balcony that’s great in the warmer months. It’s a bright, well-kept space that feels social without being a party flat.

You’ll be sharing with two professional guys in their late 20s/early 30s. We all work office jobs, so weekdays are generally relaxed and fairly chilled. Everyone’s independent but friendly and respectful of each other’s space.

The room is available from 1st February, with a minimum stay of 6 months and no maximum term. Rent is £1,225 per month, with bills coming to around £120 per month. The deposit is £1,269.

We’re ideally looking for a professional aged 27–33 who’s easygoing, tidy, and up for being part of a sociable but low-drama household. No couples or smokers, please.
