Rooms available in Hoxton flat 780 pcm exc bills

My two flatmates are sadly moving out so we have two large double rooms available in our 3 bed flat in Hoxton/shoreditch (Zone 1/2)! Rent is £780 per month for each room plus bills. Bills are approximately £100 a month each. Move in date 31 January/1st February.

Location - incredible! 9 minute walk to Old street station (northern line), close to plenty of bus routes, shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. The famous Colombia road flower market is just 10 minutes walk away. Shoreditch Park and the canal are both a few minutes away.

The two rooms are large double rooms with big windows and lots of natural light coming in. They both come with a bed, mattress and a wardrobe and one room comes additionally with a large mirror and chest of drawers.

The rest of the flat- There is one bathroom (with a bathroom) and a room with a separate toilet. There is a decent size kitchen with all fairly new kitchen furnishings and appliances. There is no living room but the flat benefits from a decent sized corridor and good sized rooms. There is also access to a communal garden and one of the double rooms has a balcony.

Flatmates - You’d be living with me (Mikage). I'm 25 years old and work as a paralegal at a law firm (wfh 2-3 x a week).

The agency will need to conduct tenant checks and as part of it require you will have a salary of £25k and above as well as be able to provide a reference. The deposit per room is £884.60.

Viewings - We’ll be holding viewings this Thursday from 5.30PM onwards and Saturday between 10AM-1PM.
