Spacious double room with en-suite bathroom in Hoxton (single occupancy only). Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st April until mid-September, as I'm moving out to live with a friend.

The flat is really well connected close to shops, coffee shops and pubs. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hoxton Overground and 10 minutes to Old Street, with a bus stop right in front of the building.

The housemates are in their mid-20s. It’s a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone gets along well. We’re looking for someone tidy, friendly and respectful, ideally a working professional of similar age.

– Spacious room with own en-suite bathroom
– Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. Please note the fridge and chairs in the photos are not part of the room.
- Big garden/patio
– Shared kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave and utensils
– Clean and well-maintained communal areas
– Residential building

📄 Contract & costs
– Replacement tenancy, until 15 September 2026, with the option to stay longer, subject to agency approval

Same rent and terms as current tenancy
– Rent: £1,360 pcm
– Deposit: £1,360
– Bills: ~£460 paid upfront (pro-rated for April–September, paid at move-in)
– If you’re a student you may be asked to pay some rent upfront.
