We’re looking for someone to take a spacious double bedroom in our modern new-build flat in Hoxton, with lovely canal views right by Shoreditch Park.
The flat is in a brilliant spot for both transport and weekend life: 7 mins walk to Haggerston Overground, around 15 mins to Old Street Underground, plus Hoxton, Shoreditch and Dalston are all within easy reach. There are loads of great cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as green space right on the doorstep.
You’ll be living with two Australian professionals (early 30s) — friends from university — working in consulting and tech. We’re easygoing, tidy, and respectful of each other’s space.
The flat has a relaxed, peaceful feel — more of a friendly home than a party flat — but we’re always up for a chat in the kitchen and the occasional movie night.
